Portland, Ore. – JULY 2014 – NonstopHR, a nontraditional human resources and benefits broker, and Oregon Opportunity Network (OON) have established a new strategic partnership. OON is a membership-based, statewide association of affordable housing and community development organizations.
NonstopHR serves as an advocate for independent sector organizations such as OON, providing services and technology that support nonprofit growth. Unlike a traditional health benefits broker, NonstopHR provides a partially self-funded program for organizations with 30+ employees, and underwrites and insures any risk. NonstopHR also provides benefits administration, human resources technology and services, payroll, and consulting to nonprofits. NonstopHR offers grants for programming and research through the Nonstop for Nonprofits Community Fund.
